  1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients. I still crack my egg in separate bowl and add it (you never know, I got a bad one last Christmas).
  2. Make sure to remove any rings and get your hand in there and mix away.
  3. Portion and shape into individual patties.
  4. If you’re not cooking the patties immediately, wrap individually in cellophane and pack into freezer bags and throw them into the freezer.
Recipe Notes

Always make sure you cook hamburger meat thoroughly (no visible pink inside).  It usually takes me no more than 20 minutes from frozen to cook them on my grill, but that may vary depending on your grill and the size of the patties.
